Terms and Conditions

Holiday deposits are taken on the understanding that these terms have been read and accepted.

 
To make a booking, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit payment. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment by card is the preferred option, payment by Paypal and UK bank transfer is also possiible.
 
Once we have received your deposit, your holiday will be reserved. The booking will be confirmed by post with a receipt to the party organiser.
 
Payment of the 70% balance for your holiday must be received no later then 8 weeks before your arrival date (if payment is not received by this time we reserve the
right to cancel the booking). If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.
 
If you cancel a confirmed booking you will be subject to cancellation fees:
Cancellation 8 weeks or more before arrival date is deposit only, cancellation less than 8 weeks before arrival is the full cost of the holiday.

If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try to be flexible where possible in changing the dates - this is subject to availability, if a change is
requested less than 8 weeks before the start date of the original booking, the 30% deposit will be charged again.

Exclusive Carp Fishing Holidays in France acts only as a booking agent and thus cannot accept liability for loss arising from cancellation of holidays due to factors
beyond our control (venue closure, cancellation by venue owners etc.), in such cases the cost of the holiday only will be refunded. 
 
 We reserve the right to terminate your holiday in the case of non-compliance with the lake or site rules, or causing harm or disturbance to others, grounds, or property.
You will not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional costs for damage.
 
Customers can arrive after 14:00 on the Saturday of arrival, and must leave the site no later than 10:00 the following Saturday of departure.
 
If you will be arriving later than 18:00, please telephone to let us know.
 
On arrival we require a refundable € 100 deposit for each of the following - accommodation, tackle hire, bait boat hire. All monies will be refunded at the end of the week
provided that no damage has occurred. We expect to find the accommodation in the same state as you found it at the start of your holiday - we reserve the right to deduct
a cleaning fee from your deposit if this is not the case.

IMPORTANT

We accept no responsibility for any problems with travel arrangements, this includes delays, flight cancellations etc. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct
and up-to-date travel documents. All holidaymakers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date. You are also required to carry a
European Health Insurance Card (this replaced the E111 form). We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance.
 
We will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Political unrest, Riots, Port closures, Airport terminal closures, Strikes, Industrial disputes,
War or Threat of, Terrorist activity, Technical/weather problems to transportation, Fire, Flood, Acts of God, or any other events beyond our control.
