A maximum of three rods to be used at any time No barbless hooks, No long shank hooks. Hooks are to be micro barbed only
Semi-fixed safety or running leads only Lead core is banned braided lines are not allowed, except for marker rod
Rods are not to be left unattended at any time
No fishing any of the other lakes around the complex
Large landing net is required, 42 inches minimum No fishing without a unhooking mat and landing net in the swim
No nuts of any kind including tiger nuts, peanuts etc. No particles to be brought onsite only those purchased onsite to be used, this is to ensure they are prepared correctly. Cooked hemp is permitted
Excess drinking or rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated
No loud music or shouting, have respect for other anglers
No open fires
No swimming or wading
No sacks allowed on the complex. Anyone found using sacks will be asked to leave immediately.
The owner/bailiff has the last say
When you land your first fish and also all fish over 40lb are to be left in the landing net in the water and the bailiff or owner notified so they can supervise the welfare of the carp and be satisfied that you are capable of looking after our fish.
This rule is in the best interests of the carp please understand we have all levels of anglers visiting France these days
Freedom Lakes reserve the right to ask any angler in breach of the above rules to pack up and vacate the fishery, with no refund of monies that have previously been paid.
There is no access to the complex before 11am on your arrival date
All anglers are requested to vacate their swims by 10:00AM on day of departure.
The complex gate is locked between 8pm and 8am
