To make a booking, we require a 30% deposit payment which is non-refundable.The remainder is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Payment by card is the preferred option, payment by Paypal and UK bank transfer is also possiible.

Holiday deposits are taken on the understanding that these terms have been read and accepted.

Once we have received your deposit, your holiday will be reserved. The booking is taken as being confirmed when we have forwarded a receipt to the party organiser.

Payment of the 70% balance for your holiday must be received no later then 8 weeks before your departure date (if payment is not received by this date we reserve the right to cancel the booking). If a booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.

If you cancel a confirmed booking you will be subject to cancellation fees:

Cancellation 8 weeks or more before departure date is deposit only, cancellation less than 8 weeks before departure is the full cost of the holiday.If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try to be flexible where possible in changing the dates if possible, this is subject to availability.

 We reserve the right to terminate your holiday in the case of deliberate of the lake or site rules, or causing harm or disturbance to others, grounds, or property. You will not be liable for a refund and may incur costs for damage.

Customers can arrive after 14:00 on the Saturday of arrival, and must leave the site no later than 10:00 the following Saturday of departure.If you will be arriving later than 18::00, please telephone to let us know.

On arrival we require a refundable 100 euro deposit for each of the following - accommodation, tackle hire, bait boat hire. All monies will be refunded at the nd of the week provided that no damage has occurred.

IMPORTANT

We accept no responsibility for any problems with travel arrangements, this includes delays, flight cancellations etc. It is your responsibility to enure you have the correct and up-to-date travel documents. All holidaymakers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date. You are also required to carry a stamped E111 form, available from your local post office. We recommend that you take out your own travel insurance.

We will not be held liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Political unrest, Riots, Port closures, Airport terminal closures, Strikes, Industrial disputes, War or Threat of, Terrorist activity, Technical/weather problems to transportation, Fire, Flood, Acts of God, or any other events beyond our control.
